I came for the first time for examination at the Anadolu clinic. Yes, in fact, a very good clinic, everything is organized from the plane to the last day. I want to express my deep gratitude to all the medical staff to the management of the Anadolu clinic! I would like to note the high professionalism of all the doctors whom I underwent examinations, the ability to convey to everyone's consciousness. Cardiologist Ertan Okmen surprised me with his professionalism at the first consultation, only listening to me, he named all my heart problems, which were confirmed after further examination. I want to say a big thank you to the oncologist Ismail Hakki who very professionally and deeply explained and answered all my questions. I ask the management of the Anadolu clinic to pay attention to such specialists and appreciate their work at its true worth. Thanks to the coordinator and translator Maria for her care and attention. I really hope that my gratitude in return will make you at least a little bit happier.

Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. I can write about the quality of treatment after treatment.

I was really nervous about a new breast lump that developed. I reached out to Book I med and explained my situation. I was directed to Hisar Intercontinental Hospital. They did biopsy, ultrasound and PET scan. Although I wanted surgery, doctor explained it wasn't in my best interest and recommended medication instead. Doctors were careful to come up with plan, they didn't rush to make decisions. I had a medical coordinator who assisted in transportation to and from hospital and coordinating tests and doctor visits. I was also assigned an interpreter for Turkish to English. They were both wonderful and it was nice to have assistance and smiling faces when I arrived. They always took time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I met with 2 doctors, a breast cancer surgeon and oncologist. They both were professional and friendly. They met with a tumor board of physicians to discuss my plan.I feel like I got professional care and good treatment plan. The hospital was clean and modern. They did a good job with the tests, I didn't feel any pain from the doctor who did my biopsy. Believe me when you have something as scary as a breast lump you want to be in good hands.I paid for each test and medication individually with credit card. I was told the cost before each purchase. Even though the whole bill wasn't cheap, it's much much lower cost than I could get in United States. As a self pay patient I am glad for that also. So overall even though I was struggling with something really bad(tumor) I feel like I got great and professional care at a decent price. I would truly recommend this to anyone. And Turkey is such a beautiful country with friendly people. There is hidden artwork everywhere. So even though I am going through this ordeal being in beautiful Turkey makes it not so bad. The food here is really good and cheap. I'm staying in Old city which has tons of Cafe restaurants. In your spare time just sitting at a Cafe and watching the myriad of people walking by is fun. I am confident I am going to beat this breast tumor with the help of the wonderful care given at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital.

After visiting Liv Hospital we had only good impressions. Dr. Selemi Suzubish - above all praise, he was very polite, correct, patient, answered all our questions in detail and explained. Also very satisfied with the work of coordinator Bakhtygul and translators Renata and Madina. It should be noted that the procedure for examination on a "steep" tomograph turned out to be very difficult and difficult for the child. In one reception we did not pass it, the second part was spent the next day. The results were announced to us the next day, we received the disk, but so far there is no research protocol. His Bakhtigul promised to send by e-mail. The quality of the work of your coordinator Bookimed Konstantin Siminenko happy. We express our gratitude and gratitude to all! Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. At our KZ they could not remove everything that was, only a small part was removed and that's it. I bow to you. At the expense of the clinic. Service At the Highest Level. Another razzzzz Many thanks to Mustafa Onaz. We love you. A doctor from God. He needs OsKar ❤️❤️❤️ Aidana Amanshieva

The entire transfer was provided by the clinic at its own expense. It was very nice, as a taxi is not cheap. They brought me to the clinic right away, I was met by Saltanat, a very friendly and responsible girl. She helped me in all matters. Mustafa and Lal were also there. All very good-natured. Thank them so much. Doctor Mert Ghul immediately aroused confidence. Much Clearly speaks Russian. So there was no need for a translator. All explained and reassured. Very competent and experienced doctor. Now only to him. Chamber allocated VIP. Spacious, bright. With TV and fridge, safe and wardrobe. All toiletries. The staff is very polite, helpful and smiling. Up to the orderlies. Med.sister Ipak very nice girl. I wish the clinic staff to remain always nice professionals.

My husband and I traveled from New Zealand to both get eye lens replacement surgery. From the start we have had print and effient communication. With every question answered. We were picked up from the airport, taken to hotel, then the same day at our request taken to the hospital for our appointment. Two days later we were in having eye surgery again with pick ups and drop offs. We were met at the hospital entrance, by bookimed.com translators and hospital translators they were amazing every day, in every way. The doctors were provisional and onto it, explaining every detail, and answering all our questions. Our procedure went very well and we are very happy with the outcome and how amazing we can see, no longer with glasses or contacts. I recommend bookimed.com to everyone. Vikki
