I had a good experience, had my breast reduction with Dr. Ergin Er. He is very professional, I chose his clinic because of his experience and good reviews. I wanted to go too small because my whole life I hated my breasts but he explained to me the best option and I love my results. I’m emotional thinking of how my dream came true, only someone with big saggy boobs can understand this. I feel like a whole new person. This is life changing, All dresses and tops I couldn’t wear I can now wear. I won’t have to struggle looking for bras that fit. No more bruises from bra straps, back pain when I sit…endless. I enjoyed my experience, it was a solo trip that I needed and it’s incredible how someone’s life can change in just one day. My after care is not complicated, I’m just following the instructions, trying not lift anything heavy and I’m healing so well. The after pictures I took them on my seventh day after Dr Ergin removed the tapes I had from surgery. I spent 6 days in Veyron hotel and came back on the 7th day. I went alone and I was worried I would struggle with no help but the hotel has a restaurant & room service with very nice workers.

Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I arrived at the clinic on the morning of the operation, Elena and a team of Thai nurses prepared everything clearly and after 2-3 hours the doctor began the operation under local anesthesia, the operation lasted 1 hour + -, everything was professional, Elena's support was present even during the operation (tk I didn’t sleep), after the operation, I spent one more day at the hospital in the clinic (the room is very comfortable, the conditions and communication from the staff are at a high level - shower, food, cleaning, Elena and nurses visit to control my condition). Everything went very easily, the case when you are dealing with highly qualified specialists. I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.

Literally everything was perfect. My medical coordinators (Irina, Yasemine, Muhlise and Narmina) have exceeded my expectations. They have shown the highest standards of hospitality, care, emotional support as well as kept me up to date always with the necessary steps and updates and joined me on my doctor visits and follow up appointments. My Doctor was excellent! He was extremely honest with his feedback prior to surgery, and ensured I knew exactly what to expect. He did not personally agree with what I had requested, yet he still did a great job. It’s too soon to discuss the results as I still have the plasters on, nonetheless so far so good! The ladies (especially Yasemin and Muhlise who have been physically present during my journey) have made the experience significantly better for me, and I will always be grateful for their presence and support. 10/10 recommend!

I recently had a breast lift and augmentation using fat transfer (liposuction from the stomach area) performed by Dr. Safa. My experience was excellent, and I highly recommend him for breast augmentation. Logistics: 9/10 My Bookimed consultant was very helpful in connecting me with top surgeons for my case—Dr. Safa stood out among them all. Although my arrival in Turkey was delayed due to a late take-off, my arranged transport was prompt, picking up my sister and me within 15 minutes of clearing security. We were taken to Antwell Hotel, which was included in the surgery package and arranged by Dr. Safa’s office. The hotel was very comfortable, with great views and excellent provisions. The following day, I was taken to The Academic Hospital, which was beautiful, clean, and provided spectacular care. I felt very comfortable throughout. Dr. Safa met with me and swiftly walked me through the procedure. He was professional, informative, and attentive to my suggestions, though he clearly knows best! Janan was my post-care consultant—she was excellent. If you need clarification, she’s the one to ask, as Dr. Safa is understandably very busy. My only feedback is that I was provided a single room instead of the two-bed room I had expected. However, the bed was large, so it wasn’t an issue. Additionally, it would be beneficial if Dr. Safa’s office provided more in-depth post-care information, perhaps in a PDF document or short video. I recommend bringing a notepad to jot down important information. Quality of Care: 10/10 The hospital was beautiful and well-staffed. Every time I needed assistance, I received exceptional care. I spent one night at the hospital and was well looked after by the nurses. Afterward, I was released to the Antwell Hotel, where I received similar care from their in-hotel nurses. However, I recommend having a family member or friend with you for 24/7 care and supervision. Medications provided included antibiotics, pain relief, and antibiotic cream. A $100 drainage massage was also offered (optional, but recommended at some point during your recovery). The language barrier was minimal; most staff spoke good English, except for a few of the cleaning staff, who were nonetheless kind and excellent at their jobs. Results (So Far): 10/10 I am very satisfied with my results. I had a challenging case with over a 1.5-cup asymmetry, which has been corrected as much as possible. The results are beautiful and have likely exceeded my expectations. In Summary: I highly recommend Dr. Safa. He is a skilled plastic surgeon, particularly talented in breast augmentation.

Pros: Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion . Patient co-ordinator we’re very helpful and fluent in English Hospital staff were polite and professional. Cons: Busy hospital corridors, people waiting on stairwells. Equipment seemed poorly maintained, and old in a lot of cases. One room we had to use to sign documents was full of bloody bandages just sitting on table, no co-ordination. When having my blood pressure checked, the equipment had pieces of chewing gum stuck on it - assuming from previous patients ( no attention to detail when cleaning). Advertised as English speaking nurses, but none really spoke English, had to use translator app alot.

I am from Witney, Oxfordshire in the UK and I went to Hair for a beard and hair transplant and I cannot rate the professional service received from all members of the team highly enough. I am writing this review in my hotel room the day after having a beard and hair transplant. When I first decided to undergo a hair transplant in Turkey, I was inundated with offers from, what seemed to be, hundreds of hair transplant clinics through WhatsApp, and it was hard to know which clinics were the best? I decided to pick Hair in Istanbul, because I could see no negatives reviews and they were recommended to me by Bookimed. I then heavily researched this clinic online before making a decision. I could tell once I met with the medical team that I had made a good choice on coming to this clinic. This is a good clinic, and the medical team who carried out the procedure were highly skilled, professional, and considerate. Once, they started taking grafts I could tell these people know what they were doing. On my initial WhatsApp consultation, I was told they would be able to extract 3000 grafts but, they actually extracted 4800 and so they implanted some additional grafts in the crown area of my head free of charge. They implanted every single graft in which meant they took longer than scheduled. I will send the photographic results of my hair and beard transplant after 6 months has passed. I also give Hair permission to pass on my contact details to anyone who wants to contact me with questions about my experience as a client at this clinic. I'd like to give a special thank you to Yulia, Mehmet Ali, and particularly the highly professional and extremely talented medical team of technicians who carried out the actual procedure. I did a tummy tuck + breast lift + full liposuction only 10 Days ago, I’m not able to see final results yet but so far I am extremely happy. The staff at the. Clinic was extremely nice and making sure I was as comfortable as possible and always available.. The staff speaks little English but we had the chance to have translator that make’s himself available at any time of the day , and he really accommodate us . They are all extremely nice .
