About the Procedure

BBL uses your own fat to enhance buttock volume. Fat is removed from areas like the abdomen, waist, and flanks through 360° liposuction. The extracted fat is then purified and injected into the buttocks. This creates a fuller, rounder shape without implants.

The surgery takes place under general anesthesia. You'll stay in the hospital for 1-2 nights after the procedure. The total stay in Istanbul is 5-7 nights.

Recovery Guidelines

You must wear a compression garment for at least 6 weeks. Avoid sitting directly on your buttocks for 2-3 weeks. A special cushion will be provided. Light walking starts the day after surgery. Return to full activity after 4-6 weeks.

The clinic recommends booking 4-6 weeks in advance. This allows time for pre-operative preparation and travel arrangements. A companion can stay with you at no extra charge.

I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality!

This clinic was the best, honestly 10/10. I’ve had surgery before and I wish I would’ve found them earlier. I was skeptical to book with them at first, due to the low reviews and cheap price but I’m so happy iI did! Everything is straight to the point as soon as you get there, no messing around. My assistant maryem was so nice and never made us feel alone, I had to stay extra nights in the hospital but I didn’t mind, the staff were very attentive and the place was clean. There was a male nurse, I think his name was izmit although he didn’t speak English he was the most comforting and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and good for a standard room. As for my surgeon he’s the best! I had liposuction in January and the people before left my belly uneven and still fat, this surgeon took so much fat from my stomach and back, I have no more back rolls and my stomach is completely flat. I am very happy that I chose here, although the price is cheap the surgeries are top quality! I will be returning soon, thank you Adem & havva!

Very pleased with the way everything went

Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator. It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too. Very grateful to all the staff.

This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability.
