For 10 years I suffered from the usual dislocation of the shoulder joint - damage to the card. In early March of 2019, after another dislocation, I decided that it was time to get rid of this ailment and immediately began searching for the clinic. Moreover, I wanted to find the best surgeon and the best clinic where I would receive high-quality care.

Somewhere in 2-3 hours after I left a request on the bookimed site, Maxim Voloshin contacted me and we discussed my situation in great detail with him - we talked, I must say, for about 20-30 minutes.
After the conversation, I began to collect all the necessary analyzes - MRI and CT. On readiness, he sent them to Maxim, and he, in turn, sent requests to pre-arranged clinics. During the week, plans of operations and their cost from all clinics were received. Maxim and I chose the most adequate clique in our opinion, which showed a truly individual approach exactly to my shoulder. I want to note that Maxim was always in touch, even on Sunday he gave me 15-20 minutes of communication, which I must say is very nice.

I went to the operation with a girl, so we chose a comfortable room with additional accommodation. Extremely comfortable, with its own toilet, shower, sink. Very reminiscent of the standard hotel room Hilton :)
Food
A huge range of dishes, you choose what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, in the lobby there is a coffee machine and tea with fruit, sometimes there are desserts.
Care
I liked very much that they are really watching you. No need to run around the clinic to pass some kind of analysis and stand in queues. Upon arrival, right in my room they took blood for analysis, checked the pressure and temperature. Then I was recorded for a conversation with an anastasiologist and for regentgen. No queues - you are called to the appointed time. Later there was a conversation about the operation, where they explained to me what they would do and how. The next morning, I had an operation, but after that I was also observed for 4 days.
At the moment, 3 weeks have passed since the operation, and I can already draw some conclusions about its quality.
Already now I can do those exercises that according to the plan only after 3-4 weeks, which is very cool in my opinion. The pains of the movements go away and the freedom of movement returns. If I knew that everything could pass so easily and naturally, I would have performed the operation 3-5 years ago.

Too early to see the results of stemcell treatment.It has been 10 days past treatment.There is zero improvement.Instead,the mobility is notably reduced.Manju is not able to even stand up.Her legs are showing an abnormal weakness.Hoping to see some notable improvements in the next few weeks.

My whole family against me coming to turkey for this operation from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty . Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. I'm 32 years. Left-sided coxarthrosis. I was looking for options for superficial endoprosthetics. I turned to bookimed and I was offered a clinic in Austria. The operation was estimated at about 30-32 thousand euros, but since the technique is innovative (ceramic surface prosthesis for young patients), I agreed. Before that, I several times discussed what kind of operation we are talking about with the contact person from bookimed (Roman) and the doctor. Upon arrival in Austria, Roman met me. A very pleasant and caring person, I am very grateful to him for his help and a warm welcome. The next day after arriving in the morning, I ended up in the clinic. I went through all the necessary tests, and they brought me 2 contracts for signing, 1 from an anesthesiologist, the second for prosthetics. I noticed that the contract for Hip Replacement (replacement of the hip joint), and I was going to the Hip Resurfacing procedure and I had doubts. Two nurses forced me to sign a contract, but without communicating with the doctor, I refused. After Dr. Stefan Malkowitz came, I started a conversation with him about the procedure, as it turned out the doctor deceived me and wanted to do a regular total arthroplasty. He skillfully tried to manipulate on the patient's weaknesses (you will quickly recover, you will not have any pain, etc.) in every possible way, avoiding a direct answer about the prosthesis. As a result, it turned out that he did not do such a procedure (Hip Resurfacing) and began to move out, that he did not understand me. In fact, he was given all the information about the procedure that I wanted to do, the doctor apparently thought he could do it. In fact, I spent 2 days of which 11 hours spent on the road. A bunch of stress and pain nerves in the leg. From here I learned several lessons: 1. Read the contracts that are slipped to you for signature. 2. Discuss all the details several times before the trip. 3. In Europe, people are deceived in the same way as elsewhere

Hello! Thank you for organizing my mom’s treatment. The host, organizers, are professionals and have done everything possible for quick surgery and meeting with doctors. Denis and his team seem to be working around the clock. Great fellows! Doctors are awesome! Attentive and very caring. And most importantly, knowledgeable. The operation went well and we are very pleased with everything. The room was comfortable. All that is needed. The only thing is Ichilov Center - a state hospital, the attendants did not always provide the services expected from them. But our host always did everything possible to quickly eliminate certain situations. They patronized us constantly. Israel is a really high level and professionalism of doctors. We were very pleased.

We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! To all who are sick, a speedy recovery!
