Who Wrote It, Who Checked It
Every policy names who drafted it and when legal last checked it — not one vague "updated" date.
How a Clinic Gets Listed
Only licensed clinics that pass our internal criteria appear here — the exact bar is in the Ranking Policy.
What's Paid Placement
If a clinic pays to rank higher, the listing says "Promoted" in the same place you’re looking — not in a footnote.
How We Make Money
Patients never pay us. Clinics can pay for placement or a booking fee — the Finance Policy spells out how.
What Happens if We Get It Wrong
