The doctor and the video consultations’ moderator (who also is my coordinator) are so patient, helpful, understanding, accommodating, and trustworthy. I really did appreciate that. My doctor allowed me to speak uninterrupted and listened attentively.

The connection quality of the video consultation was a little bit choppy, but that could very well have been from my own Internet. I would not be quick to assign blame to the hospital and their computer or Wi-Fi.
