CyberKnife procedure is conducted in the Radiotherapy Department.
CyberKnife unit irradiates the neoplasm with radioactive rays. The accuracy of the apparatus is 0.5 mm. It means that irradiation damages a tumor without affecting healthy tissues.
Doctors carry out the procedure on an outpatient basis. The duration of 1 session is 2-4 hours. A patient can return home after the irradiation.
The CyberKnife treatment cost is calculated only after the complete diagnostics.
