My father, 76 years old, had a knee replacement - Dr Olcay Guller. The doctor is very competent, trustworthy, attentive, positive and charismatic. This is important because my father was very worried and doubtful, but after the first meeting with the doctor he was completely reassured. All pre-operative investigations were organised quickly. Preparation for the operation and the operation itself - everything went smoothly. The next morning my dad was already walking along the corridor with the help of crutches. Nurses and nurses are attentive and friendly, no remarks. Feeding was also excellent, even a lot. I was placed in a spacious ward with a large window and air conditioning. In the bathroom everything is adapted for immobile patients, spacious barrier-free shower. On the territory of the hotel there are a couple of cafes with a good menu, Starbucks. The internet in the hospital is quite good.

I would like to share my enthusiastic review of the Memorial Bahçelievler clinic based on my experience when I brought my mother for a checkup. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of care and professionalism shown to each patient. From the very beginning of our arrival, we were greeted by friendly and hospitable staff. They showed genuine interest in our situation and created a comfortable atmosphere to alleviate our concerns. The doctors and nurses were highly competent and warm, which immediately made us confident that our mother was in good hands. In addition, Memorial Bahçelievler Clinic has modern facilities and advanced equipment. We were amazed at the technical capabilities available at the clinic and this gave us confidence in the quality and accuracy of the procedures our mother underwent. All this, combined with the professionalism and care of the staff, created a positive impression of the service at the Memorial Bahcelievler clinic. We were satisfied and grateful for the experience we had at the Memorial Bahçelievler clinic. Mom received excellent medical care, and our family felt supported and cared for. My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck. I now have a flat tummy and no stretch’s marks. 💕
