The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude. My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

I planned the trip on my own, buying into advertising, and specially came from another country. There were few patients, but the service was very slow; I waited for an hour at each office. I went in at 10 am, left at 4:30 pm, and had an appointment with the doctors in advance + I adjusted to their schedule due to their travel. The service is disgusting, the staff is indifferent and I had to raise my voice several times to get attention. I paid over $1000 to wait for hours (!) and left with mixed feelings

I would like to share my enthusiastic review of the Memorial Bahçelievler clinic based on my experience when I brought my mother for a checkup. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of care and professionalism shown to each patient. From the very beginning of our arrival, we were greeted by friendly and hospitable staff. They showed genuine interest in our situation and created a comfortable atmosphere to alleviate our concerns. The doctors and nurses were highly competent and warm, which immediately made us confident that our mother was in good hands. In addition, Memorial Bahçelievler Clinic has modern facilities and advanced equipment. We were amazed at the technical capabilities available at the clinic and this gave us confidence in the quality and accuracy of the procedures our mother underwent. All this, combined with the professionalism and care of the staff, created a positive impression of the service at the Memorial Bahcelievler clinic. My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck. I’m so happy that I decided to use bookimed and found my doctor Dr. Safa Manav through them. It was a tedious and time consuming process to find a doctor but bookimed made it easier. The coordinator Defne was the first person who contacted me. Defne is just extremely helpful and great! She’s absolutely an asset to his clinic. She’s always there whenever I have a question. Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. At our KZ they could not remove everything that was, only a small part was removed and that's it. I bow to you. At the expense of the clinic. Service At the Highest Level. My hair transplant and my wife rhinoplasty, it was great. Also we did our teeth, they butchered my teeth, I did not know they were going to shave down all my teeth, I had a very good teeth but I want to better, the dentist said you have a nice teeth, but never told me not to do, when did the teeth they put treaty together like a bridge, versus doing one at a time, now I do not have space between them, besides completely ruined my teeth, they didn’t do the proper way, he and Brazil I went to see a dentist and they told me this technique is prohibited here because they did butchered my wife in my mouth, both of us did our teeth. I had another big problem with my liposuction, very bad side effects, because I didn’t have enough fat, but Dr. Baki did with out even looking my body. My surgery was done Saturday, I called them on Monday but no one saw me until Wednesday, I finally saw the doctor and he said nothing to worry about that was normal, for sure it was nothing normal about the surgery, I sent pictures to doctors all of them sad that I need to take care of that and I couldn’t even travel, Dr. Baki sad in 40 years he never saw such a thing, but he said that was going to be fine, I travel back the following Friday to Brazil, I went to see a plastic surgeon, he said that I almost died, thank God I’m here, they did not care about my health, horrible communication with the doctor, when I spoke to a few people that takes care of the patients there, they told me that they would get right back to me, they would not get back to me for 10 hours, that’s for me was crazy. When I set up the appointment, I really want to talk to Hakan, they told me that I would do with him but they offer me Dr. Baki and I told them I did not want Dr. Baki that I wanna dr. Hakan, The day that I was supposed to see Hakan They told me that he had Covid and he could not do my surgery, I thought was weird, so they told me Dr. Baki was going to do my surgery and Dr. Baki was much better surgeon, I didn’t feel good about this but I went anyway. I reached out to Dr. Hakan and found out that he never had Covid and also I never had an appointment with him and that he was booked out. So I’m not sure if I would recommend them, I’m spending money after the surgery and they didn’t even offer to pay part of it, it is almost 2 weeks after my surgery and I’m still bruised all over and I’m really in bad situation. Did 2 Stars was giving because the booking team they are unbelievable nice and they do deserve 10 stars, but the people they assigned me had few things that I didn’t like it push a different doctor, and also the doctor did not do a good job . I do not recommend I will post pictures, also I will post pictures of my teeth before and after
