I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. Everything is simply amazing. Once again, many thanks to Christina, Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz for their professionalism. I confidently recommend that anyone who needs this help contact Bookimed coordinator Christina, coordinator Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz at the SoracaMed dental clinic in Antalya. My whole family against me coming to turkey for this operation from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty . Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. LIV Hospital services are very much in line with and in no way inferior to the world level, believe me, because due to health problems of my family, we had to see clinics in the USA, China, South Korea, Israel. From the very first call I felt great care for me as a loved one. Many thanks to Sabina, Nigina - coordinators / translators, they did a great job, we could contact them at any time of the day and they supported the patient with all their hearts. Please note that everything here is based on Turkish, only doctors can communicate in English. It can be seen how much Turkey has advanced and is self-sufficient. I am grateful to fate that I met the professor - neurosurgeon Chagatay Ozturk. Easy to communicate, concise, it is immediately clear that the highest level specialist, after the examination, identified the problem and showed it on the MRI scan and explained what was to come. An operation was performed to remove the hernia on L5-S1 and a titanium disc was installed. The atmosphere of the team was very favorable and cozy, there was a high level of coherence and discipline. The concern was such that I did not feel any pain or heaviness, although they say that the operation was not an easy one. On the second day after the operation, I already walked and on the sixth day I was already discharged. Finally I got rid of pain and sleepless nights over the years! The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. Firstly!!! We thank Igor (our medical coordinator) for his professionalism !!! Clinic (University Hospital Istinye Liv Hospital Bahcesehir / Turkey / Istanbul) where we were helped very much! It is very convenient that translators are present, since we do not really know the Turkish language. We were received by a doctor, a professional in his field, an associate professor, he explained everything competently, looked, prescribed treatment (the wife was very pleased), thank God, there was no hospitalization.
