I would like to express my deep gratitude to the surgeon Vladislav Gospodar for everything. Also We are very glad that such professionals work in the service of foreign patients' support. We would like to add our personal observations and observations .. they can help improve the quality of the support service. - since The set of dishes in the kitchen of the clinic, in principle, has a restriction, it can give foreigners a menu for choosing at least in English - the wish also concerns the list of procedures for the patient and the exercises recommended by physiotherapists. Firstly!!! We thank Igor (our medical coordinator) for his professionalism !!! Clinic (University Hospital Istinye Liv Hospital Bahcesehir / Turkey / Istanbul) where we were helped very much! It is very convenient that translators are present, since we do not really know the Turkish language. We were received by a doctor, a professional in his field, an associate professor, he explained everything competently, looked, prescribed treatment (the wife was very pleased), thank God, there was no hospitalization. The attitude is certainly not comparable with Russia ... I bet 10 out of 10 !!!!

We went to the clinic for the first time, it was scary, we didn’t know how everything would go (another country, culture, language barrier, etc.) But from the first moment we were surrounded by touching care and attention. They were few people who could speak English. Also I was given the wrong information in whats app message about the treatment - they explained that I may need to stay in the hospital for two days and must stay in Turkey for 6 days etc.... Instead I was only given an injection into the knees which took 10 minutes to administer. I also had PRP hair - I wasn't told what is the value of this procedure. I found out it only helps to stop the hair falling out. To be honestly I will not use Turkey for medical services again. 1. There is a language barrier. 2. No one tells you what they are doing until you ask them. 3. The whats app message was not the treatment I received. 4. For the injection into my knees I paid 2500 dollars. This is a very high prices and I feel I was robbed. 5. I will not recommend treatment in this hospital to anyone.

Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.

Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done.
