I conducted a video consultation with Professor K. Rangger. I can say that: 1) I can evaluate the work of the professor as very good. 2) There was one misunderstanding when interacting with Nordwest. I was sure that the employees of the clinic are obliged to give me the opinion of the professor in writing in Russian and German. But then it turned out that they do not have such a duty. Nevertheless, they gave me these documents. Of course, I believe that this characterizes them well. 3) In the course of my communication with managers of Nordwest, there were still some undesirable moments. They sometimes spoke disrespectfully to me. I believe that this is unacceptable, especially in such a good clinic and for the money that they need to pay. I was in Severance on May 27, 2019 at a reception by the oncologist's homolog, and on the same day mammography and ultrasound of the mammary glands were done. For the conclusion they said to come on June 5th. I want to say a big thank you to my coordinator Lydia, I went everywhere, translated, sat and waited in queues with me. Service at the highest level! Today, on June 5, I came back to the homologue and she looked at the pictures and said that all is not well worry. And in Russia, they saw a tumor from somewhere. I was also given a disc with ultrasound and momography and a conclusion in paper in English. Thank you all and thanks to bookimed.com! This is not a hoax, really help people. I had an amazing experience with this hospital. The hospital itself was pristinely clean and the room I was given was luxurious and private. From all my pre op testing to after my surgery, everything flowed and was done so smoothly. The attention and care I got from the nurses post op put me at ease and made me feel so safe. They very much prioritise the patients health as all hospitals should but with the horror stories you hear in the media about health tourism is hard to find a hospital to trust, but lokman hekim is one that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and I think I picked the right place to have my gastric sleeve.

Everything is fine, everything is fast everything, when compared with Israel, it’s a slightly different format, every year after treatment I do control tests and I feel that the doctor in Vienna was responsive and cheerful, he said everything in fact without much thought, as it was in In Israel, the description of the treatment was brief enough "normal to normal good."
