Our retreat program features a dynamic schedule of group classes led by skilled and experienced trainers and yoga instructors. Here's a glimpse of what to expect:
7 am: Cardio (Approx. 2 hours): Engage in energizing activities like hiking, cycling, Muay Thai boxing, and aquagym. Different activities throughout the week (Mon - Sat).
11 am: Yoga (Approx. 1.5 hours): Explore various yoga styles such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, designed to rejuvenate your body and mind (Mon - Fri).
2:30 or 4/5 pm: Strength & Conditioning (1 hour): Enhance your physical fitness with focused training sessions (Mon - Fri).
