Program Details: Participants can expect a profound improvement in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Program Activities: Welcome session, where you will be given the procedures, schedules and guidelines to follow during your stay. 6 x yoga classes per week to increase your body awareness and benefit from its multiple effects by trying different styles. 6 x 60 minute meditation sessions per week, experiencing different disciplines. 21 massages or therapies of 60 minutes (daily), to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. 6 x 60 minute mentoring sessions to set improvement objectives that will be worked on in coordination with the therapies. Action and goal planning will be provided so that you can continue at home. After the mentoring, personalised meditations will be delivered in podcast format to continue with the practice at home. Free scheduled activities such as personal growth talks, concerts, theme dinners, and other workshops, etc. And also a lot of rest, walking routes (via an app) through the natural park of the Sierra de Mariola, enjoying the sun and fresh air, the views, the pool, the garden and the opportunity to meet new people. Accommodation & Food: Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Standard/ Superior/ Junior suite/ Suite/ New Suite/ New Superior Suite), all within the tranquil setting of MasQi, with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens. The retreat includes full board with a gourmet bio diet designed to balance and enhance health, using organic ingredients and fresh wild fish.
