This Program covers:
Pre-Detox Manual that we will send to you a week before your arrival. A Welcome Session where we will explain the procedures, schedules and guidelines to follow during the Detox program. A "Detox Box" that contains a skin cleansing glove, tongue scraper and hot water bottle. 3 yoga classes to assist your body in the cleaning process and thus benefit from its multiple effects. 90 minute macrobiotic nutrition video-workshop. Farewell session with guidelines on how to leave the Detox program, and personalised advice to help you to continue with a healthy lifestyle once back at home.
Accommodation & Food: Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Standard/ Superior/ Junior suite/ Suite/ New Suite/ New Superior Suite), all within the tranquil setting of MasQi, with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens.
