Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay…
We did everything as planned without problems.
More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!

I liked the organisation
I liked the organisation. Transfer airport-hotel-clinic-hotel-airport. The interpreter met and accompanied me every step of the way. My tests were ready in a week and I did not wait for the results in Istanbul, when I returned home I contacted the translator and he organised an online consultation with the doctor and sent me a consultation sheet. No complaints about the doctor and staff
Good afternoon. I liked the clinic, new, modern. Doctors and staff also make a good impression, I have no complaints. But my curator at the clinic gave me the address of one clinic, and on check-up she signed me up for another, because of this I had to change the hotel upon arrival so as not to drive through traffic jams every day. I lost money on hotel bills and taxi fares and it was very frustrating to deal with this attitude. The coordinator Daria, who worked with me, well done, was attentive. But the work of the girl who gave me the wrong address of the clinic, because of which I lost time and money, can only be assessed as a minus.

I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing

It was not very pleasant that after paying a fairly round sum for the examinations, they were forced to wait for reception in the general queue. Perhaps it is difficult to organize, but I would like some other relationship for my money. The specialists are generally friendly and professional, but some of them will not give too much advice, because this is not included in the paid program.

The stay was as usual with the expectation, I can not say anything about trust, because we just had a survey. I can’t write anything about the ward since we were in the clinic where they were conducting the examination. All medicine is put on stream. But in any case, I am sure that medicine is at a high level. I went through the basic package, I was satisfied with whether or not I can not even say.

Our coordinators are not responding to us, no one is responding, we paid the nutritionist for a month in the clinic, but for a month now no one has heard a word, although I write to the 2nd coordinators I don’t understand what the problem is, plus my mother’s complications from drugs prescribed by the cardiologist but the doctor warned and said that if this happens then contact her through the coordinators, but so far (for 3 weeks) none of them have answered yet, to be honest, I don’t understand what the problem is, they themselves in the clinic said cordially that we are in contact with doctors through them now none of them answer.

I underwent hysteroscopic removal of several endometrial polyps, including one large one measuring 3 cm. Everything went perfectly - from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care.
Special thanks to my doctor - Op. Dr Berna Buse Kobal. She inspired confidence from the very beginning, explained everything calmly and clearly, acted very carefully and confidently. After the operation I felt great, without pain or discomfort. The nurses and all the staff of the clinic were very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the hospital is clean, modern, comfortable and absolutely safe.
I would also like to thank Julia, a Bookimed employee, who helped me with counselling and organising the trip. We made the decision literally at the last moment: we were informed from Dushanbe in the evening, flew out at night, and already in the morning I was in the clinic. Honest review!!! Had a gastrochecap! I was satisfied with the procedure! Fast, competent, everything was clear and accessible! The price is average (in Germany, for example, the same procedure is three times more expensive 🤷♂️)! The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes under sedation! Results and recommendations were immediately within 5 minutes after the procedure! During the procedure (endoscopy and colonoscopy) I did not feel the slightest discomfort! I can confidently recommend this clinic! Personally, I was satisfied 👍

What I liked most was the medical expertise, honesty, transparency, and friendliness of Dr. Mehmet Melih Cicek. I came into the consultation with a relatively clear idea about my nose, and Dr. Cicek took a lot of time to examine my nose in advance to see what was possible with my nasal structure and what was not. He then directly and realistically informed me about what he could change about my nose and what (probably) could not be changed. It was a purely aesthetic surgery, and he placed great importance on the functionality of my nose, not just its appearance, which speaks highly of him as a doctor. It has been two weeks since my surgery, and I am already more than happy with the result! I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Cicek!
The German-speaking translator Songül was also very nice and helpful and always available. She accompanied me to all appointments with Dr. Cicek, which was a great help and took care of everything. The hospital stay was very good, the room was very large, clean, and modern. The nurses were nice and took good care of me after the surgery. The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and back, as well as from the hotel to the hospital, was also very good. My medical coordinator Yeva from Bookimed, with whom I was in contact from the beginning via WhatsApp, was very friendly and helpful and guided me well through the entire process. Additionally, he is always available, and I receive quick responses from him even after the surgery.

Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery.
It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul.
We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field.
The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. I’m really grateful for the smooth process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a similar situation and looking for this kind of care and has similar situation as mine.

Everything was very quick. I was sent for an X-ray without a queue and relatively inexpensive (the doctor sent me for an X-ray after the initial examination). In total we spent about an hour in the clinic. Immediately got an interpreter, got registered, got to the doctor's office (even before the specified time), sent to X-ray immediately, returned to the doctor, got all the answers. Special thanks to the interpreter.

I had knee surgery at this hospital and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were professional and attentive, and the doctors were highly qualified. The cost of treatment was also reasonable.
The hospital room was comfortable and had everything necessary, including a sofa for an accompanying person.

Had my tonsils taken out in Medical Park Antalya Hastanesi with Dr. Harun Doğru. Great experience, from messaging Bookimed, i was hesitant because reviews were all so positive, i was scared it would be a scam but after the experience I have absolutely nothing bad to say.
