Great building but bad staff. Going for one week every day to this faraway hospital to get some health reports and it takes forever, long waiting lines, bad doctors and a health committee that takes forever to do the slightest of things.
Such a shame to have a magnificent building like this one a huge one but get a zero star because of the staff.

Being a foreigner don't waste your time going to this hospital I was in this hospital today and I was disappointed by a doctor who was acting like a polis I entered her room for appointment and she chased me away she said she doesn't see foreigners without translators and she was talking English already.Why does she need a translator. I have never seen this kind of rude Doctor in my life someone who does not have empathy for patients but chasing them away shame on her. The DR NAME Is ECE AYDOGDU UGURLU she should have fear of God if not human beings . She doesn't like her job I guess. I don't even know why I pay Government insurance

Distance from the city center is aroun 7=9 km, not far, but the traffic and idle time at traffic lights really considerable. Staff waiting around and guiding are very useful and helpful. Car entrance and exit just before the reaching the main building need to be improved. Additionally, one line to be added on both sides of the highway to ease the traffic even just for 1 km would be reliefing.

It's a great health Facility fast and excellent service. Used to get PCR tests from here as well as other health appointments when I'm sick.

We came here to do a Covid-19 test, firstly we waited for 3 hours for them to even register us, lets see what other problems will await us. Also the social distancing is not practiced here at all.
If you didn‘t have Covid to begin with you are going to catch it here!
