The Surgical Process
You will spend 6 nights total in Turkey. The first 5 nights are in your hotel. The final night is in the hospital after surgery. This allows medical staff to monitor your recovery immediately after the procedures.
Before surgery, you complete required tests. These include blood work, a chest X-ray, and an ECG. The tests ensure you are ready for anesthesia and surgery.
During rhinoplasty, Dr. Oktay reshapes your nose structure. The blepharoplasty removes excess skin and fat from upper and lower eyelids. Both procedures happen in one surgical session. This saves recovery time compared to separate surgeries.

Very pleased with the way everything went
Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator.
It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too.

This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand.
The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work.
The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly.
When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability.
Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them.
