I was very impressed with the clinic and the attentive care given to patients. Special thanks to Dr. Rukhat Tanli—an knowledgeable, professional, and highly compassionate specialist. Anesthesia was administered smoothly, and recovery was comfortable. The staff is friendly and caring, and the clinic is modern and clean. I would also like to specifically thank coordinator Olga for her assistance, support, and translation guidance—thanks to her, the entire process was calm and organized. I am completely satisfied with the treatment and grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and care.

I cannot put into words how amazed I am at the results of my surgery & what it has done for me, it has literally given me my life back

The whole experience from the initial contact with bookimed & Zekra my medical coordinator was fantastic, the care, support & attention to every question asked was faultless. When I was connected to the Lokman Hekim hospital and Dr Yaman I then had a video call with him aided by the interpreter Ismail where my surgery was discussed in detail. Upon arrival in Istanbul we were met by our transfer & taken directly to the hospital where we were met by Ismail who helped us get booked in & settled, I then had various pre op tests ready for surgery the next morning. The hospital room was like a luxury hotel room & immaculately clean. The morning of my surgery I met the doctor who was a lovely, friendly man & put me at ease immediately, the after care after the surgery was excellent & the medical staff were amazing. The following day we were taken to our hotel which for 3 nights were included in the price, we decided to stay for an extra 5 nights, the hotel was lovely & the staff were very accommodating & helpful. I had various visits to the hospital who provided transport to & from the hotel & every visit we were met at the door by Ismail & taken to see Dr Yaman. I had one last appointment with him on the morning we were flying home when the stitches were removed, we were then taken to the airport. I cannot put into words how amazed I am at the results of my surgery & what it has done for me, it has literally given me my life back. I can’t praise the whole experience enough & I am so grateful to Zekra, Ismail & especially Dr Yaman.

Everything was just as Olga (Bookimed) initially told me; I am grateful to her for helping with my issue. I am currently in the recovery process, and even post-intervention, she consistently checks in on me to see how I am doing. She is a very attentive and wonderful person. The airport-clinic transfer and return was conducted flawlessly at a VIP level. The staff at Lokman Hekim Clinic acted promptly and admitted me immediately. The interpreter was ideal, providing great emotional support. Dr. Elif Esra Uyar exceeded my expectations; she paid close attention to everything. I had a problem I had been putting off for several years, and she helped me resolve it, promising that I would become a mother within three months, which gives me immense hope. If I am unable to conceive on my own, she advised me to return to the clinic for assistance with treatment to fulfill my cherished dream. I will certainly return if needed!! Thank you, Bookimed, for the perfect and transparent organization. Thank you, Olga, for your support and utmost assistance!!!

What I liked most was that the staff at the clinic were attentive at all times and I was taken very good care of during the days I was admitted.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

Food, staff, I can't single out anything, everything was good.
