I very much recommend Joseph (regardless of the hospital). He is a really great medical assistant, he speaks excellent English, and he really listens to what the patient needs. He is very professional and he even drove me to my hotel. Really great guy. I think having such kind of people can make a great difference in the customer experience. I say this because I had many consultations in turkey in other hospitals before. Many assistants do not speak English well, or often don't answer messages, or even do not understand what the patient needs and they only try to "sell" something without listening. Joseph answered very fast all my questions (even the same day I started my consultation I got all my questions answered). I also noticed he knows what he is talking about since he has 10 years experience in the hospital. He even put me in touch with another patient so I can ask questions about the procedure. I really appreciate this kind of attention and assistance. Thank you Joseph!

I had such a great time at this hospital, I would like to thank Dr. Caner Kaya who did my arm lift so perfectly , this is definitely a doctor to trust and you will be grateful with your results because I know i am . Sweet Joseph who helped me throughout this journey, arranged everything and made me feel welcomed during my time , i still am able to keep contact with him to help me with literally anything and lastly all the staff at the hospital are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and i’m so thankful for those women . I recently came from Canada to Istanbul for gastric sleeve surgery at Avicenna Hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The nurses and doctors are all so kind and attentive. Big thanks to( Dr OSMAN AKTAŞ & AYNUR ŞENGÜLER )& nurses(SEDEF HATUN BORAN & DİLAN ARSLAN)They looked after me so well, making sure I felt comfortable and cared for at all times. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best care. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.
