I had a great experience at Bahçeşehir University Dental Hospital. I went in for a dental cleaning and implant — the staff was professional, kind, and highly skilled. Everything was clean and modern, and I felt in safe hands throughout. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment at BAU Dental Hospital as an international student, and I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional. Even though I don't speak very well Turkish they made feel at home and spoke with me in English (and even in Arabic and French) in order to understand every single detail. And they actually took the time to address my concerns and explain every step of the process in details, which put me at ease.
The treatment itself was handled with the utmost care and expertise. The dentist demonstrated a high level of skill and attention to detail, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout, took the time to explain everything to me again and even showed me the detailed process. Overall, I’m grateful for the quality of care I received.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire team at BAU Dental hospital for their exceptional care and dedication; and especially to Sinda who assisted me during the whole process and made me feel at ease, Yavuzcan and Samı Bey for welcoming me and being friendly with me, Dr. Hamza who was really careful and professional with my teeth cleaning and gave me some advice, Dr. Beyza for her professionalism and Dr. Delal Dara Kilinç for his extra care, expertise and helpful advice on my dental condition. Great experience! The staff were super helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Sami and Yavuz, kudos for your work! I had a surgery for my lower jaw that was broken and everything went very smooth. Dr Basa was the doctor who did the surgery and i can say that he is one of the best in his field. Great communication and great care, and most important, great work!
