They are charging people $5 for upfront parking by McAllisters. They are taking advantage of the crowded parking lots and taking advantage of people.

Literally kept the mall open while someone got shot and killed on mall property, but closes the mall early if it barely snows. I hardly feel safe anymore in this mall especially after today.

Both ATM machines were out of order. They eclipse glasses was cash only so it was disappointing that both machines were down. Thankfully Dillard's has there own!!

Clairs always has a long wait time to check out. 3 noticeable ladies working today. 1 register open, at least 5 deep waiting in line in a small store where you already bump elbows.The store is simply unorganized chaos. Only when I asked if another register was going to open which was after about 7 minutes of waiting did one of the ladies finally mention that she could take me on another register . Customer service is no longer a priority. Not the only time. Very disappointing.

I go to Carolina Place regularly but today 10.7.18 was by far the worst. The mall decided to turn off the AC. FYI it’s freaking 85 degrees outside, why the heck would you do that. So uncomfortable to shop or enjoy breakout escape room. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
