At the consultation, they answered me everything in detail about my situation, offered me treatment options. I was satisfied with the treatment. Everything is very conveniently organised

The most terrible experience with a doctor in my life, and both my husband and I have the same opinion, I was not even examined once during 2 visits, apparently, he wanted to go home the first time, because there was no one else after me, I came with a question whether it is possible to get pregnant with my spinal injury, he immediately said yes, get pregnant, why do you ask? He didn't even ask me about my stabilisation or how my spine had healed, he wasn't interested in the consultation at all, he behaved disgustingly, he looked away from his computer twice, it looked like the doctor had "caught a star" and spoke to us as if he didn't even know what he was talking about... I've never seen such disrespect and arrogance from doctors in my life!
The overall impression was spoilt by the star doctor 👎🏽
That every time you come, you have to pay PLN 400 for each consultation, there is no second consultation, as in other normal clinics, absolutely no one is interested in you, "beautiful" private medicine

Everything was top notch
Everything was top notch. Friendly staff at the reception. There was a language barrier, but a Russian-speaking girl quickly came up. They took me to the doctor. I paid PLN 350 for a consultation with a neurosurgeon, and the doctor didn’t really say anything, he said, like, I’ll give you the number of a rehabilitator, go to him, pay more and he will show you what exercises to do. For that kind of money, he had to show at least some minimum of exercises.
