cereneo neurorehabilitologists use modern robotic systems that allow to work out limbs. To monitor the dynamics of treatment, doctors use motion sensors that help to fix the patient's condition and balance.

Among them are:

The Armeo Power Exoskeleton. It helps to work out arms, improves muscle tone, increases the amplitude of joints movement.
The ZeroG System for gait, body movements, and balance coordination. The system supports the patient's body, eliminating the risk of falling.
The Parker Indego Exoskeleton. It aims to support patients with brain or spinal cord injuries to learn walking again. The robot puts legs in motion, distributing the load and training the balance.
The Erigo simulator. It maintains a vertical position of the body, and the patient adapts to physical activity. Exercises with Erigo prepare the lower limbs for the next step in restoring walking.
Lokomat Treadmill Training. This device has different speeds adjustable for legs. A doctor prescribes this therapy to train the patient's brain control walking independently.

Sensor devices and feedback sensors help the doctor to analyze the patient's condition during or after treatment in everyday life.

Stroke treatment

The saying "While being insured, become involuntarily brain injured in the 21st century, and end up treated as garbage by society as a whole" takes all its meaning: Despite the respect certainly owed to this clinic, if the host country wasn't that heinously selective with nationwide patient populations, neurological patients such as myself wouldn't be forcibly converted to costly non-neurological psychiatric (ill-)treatment along the years! I've lost way too much before figuring out and reaching cereneo on my own, unfortunately, most of the Swiss medical community favor profiting off the lack of political legitimacy to reform BRAIN INJURY CARE; emphasizing why this very serious public health problem don't consistently appear to signify that much of a concern to them.

Unfortunately, communication is slow. At the beginning of the week I was asked when I would like to come in, the same week I was told there was no space. There is no difference whether you have private or general insurance, except there are no significant differences when it comes to food. That's why I'm foregoing a stay. It's a shame, everything is talked about in gold on the internet.
