I had a really good experience here. The clinic is very clean and professional, and the staff all speak excellent English, which made everything easy to understand. The dentist was kind, helpful, and very reassuring throughout my treatment. Everything was done efficiently and with care, and I felt well looked after the whole time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental care in Chiang Mai.

I recently had my teeth whitening treatment with CIDC, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The entire process was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout. My teeth are noticeably brighter, and the shade is very natural, not overly white or artificial-looking. The staff were professional, friendly, and made sure I was at ease from start to finish. I also appreciated the aftercare advice to maintain the results. If you’re looking for a confident smile boost, I highly recommend their teeth whitening service. I will definitely return for future treatments.

Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking, however, I can say that I received the best cleaning I’ve ever had at CIDC. The dentist was gentle and thorough. She was also wonderful with clearly explaining everything she was doing and anything she noticed that needed to be addressed. I am very glad I chose this establishment to receive dental treatment, and I highly recommend it to others. Thank you to all of you at the CIDC team. 🙏☀️🦷🪥⭐️

I submitted an enquiry form on 3 May, auto reply said within 1 working day. no reply. emailed them 7 May and called them, they replied. customer services was good but stopped after my 1st appointment with them. I was told i needed a root canal treatment, date scheduled crashed with my other appointment. sent line to them, emailed to them but didn't hear from them to reschedule appointment and for my medical records which my previous dentist sent to them, nothing heard. called their main line on 16th May, front desk said she just came back to work??? told her to reply to my email and line. let see whether i will ever hear from them or not.

What a pleasant dental experience! One of my crowns came off, and the friendly and accommodating staff quickly gave me an appointment to re-cement it. The facilities are modern, the dentist spoke perfect English and presented me with options.
