Die Mädels in der Notaufnahme sind respektlos, unverschämt und die Behandlung war eine reine Katastrophe. Ich habe noch nie so eine Inkompetenz und einen so frechen Umgang in einem Krankenhaus erlebt. In Zukunft nehmen wir den längeren Weg nach Frankfurt in Kauf und meiden diese Klinik auf Lebzeiten.

Die Notaufnahme sowie der ärztliche Bereitschaftsdienst sind eine menschenunwürdige Katastrophe. Dreckige Toiletten, überfüllte Mülleimer, null Hygiene, keine Becher bei dem Wasserspendern, kein ansprechbares Personal. Wartezeiten von 4 Stunden. Die Rezeption ist ab dem späten Abend nicht mehr besetzt, klingelt man, wartet man gerne mal 20-30 Minuten, dass jemand kommt. Warum nimmt ein Assistenzarzt Patienten an der Rezeption auf - ist das sein Job, für den er studiert hat? D…ie Krönung war ein Rettungssanitäter, der informierte, dass in Raum 5 eine Dame aus dem Bett gefallen sei und er kein Personal fände, um sie aufzuheben. IST das Deutschland? Ist das der Status, mit dem sich Bad Homburg schmücken möchte? Dass die Klinikchefin inkompentent ist, das war bereits in der FAZ ein großes Thema - bleibt aber die Frage, warum ÄNDERT sich hier nichts?

Patientenorientiert? ? Wo? Aufnahme erfolgte mit Einweisung 5 1/2 Stunden bis mein Mann ein Zimmer bekam . Bei der Notaufnahme standen die ganzen Gänge voll mit Betten incl. Patienten darin, aber andererseits waren ständig 5 - 9 Personen ( Schwestern, Pfleger und Ärzte ) an einem Tresen und unterhielten sich privater Natur. Das über Stunden. Gestern stundenlanges Warten bis 1 Untersuchung von 10 Minuten dran war. Heute morgen sollte er den Herzkatheter bekommen, jetzt ist es 13 Uhr und immer noch nicht dran. Die wissen nicht, was die den Patienten damit antun. Das Krankenhaus hat keine gute Organisation und ist nicht Patientenfreundlich

Liebes Personal, das immer bemüht ist, sich um ihre Patienten zu kümmern. die sich auch mal Zeit nehmen, um sich Sorgen anzuhören und auch paar Tränen zu trocknen. Ärzte sehr liebevoll im Umgang und immer bereit um Fragen (ausführlich) in "normalem Deutsch" anstatt "Ärztelatein" zu beantworten. Ich bin leider Stammgast hier aber trotzdem wäre ich nirgendwo lieber zur Behandlung. viele liebe Grüße gehen raus an Dr. Rüttger, der mir mit einer Not-OP das Leben gerettet hat, an… Frau Dr. Rütten, den lieben Dr. Wieting und meinen behandelnden Arzt Dr. Schumann. Danke für alles ❤❤❤

A little bit critic would be that sometimes the directions are not too clear
