Navarra Hospital en chiffres

Avantages de l’Hôpital Navarra

  • Diagnostics rapides.

Oncologie

Traitement des sarcomes

description image

description image

Transplantation d’organes (foie/rein)

description image

From the minute you arrive you know you’re in the best hands. The hospital itself is 5*, extremely clean and welcoming. The staff are polite and very helpful and the doctors are sympathetic, understanding but above all they listen. They saved my life but more importantly they made the journey through it as peaceful as possible. I recommend the Clinic to anyone looking for excellent medical care

My experience with Clínica Universidad de Navarra I contacted Clínica Universidad de Navarra because I was interested in a possible stem cell therapy for a chronic herniated disc. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the very first interaction, I was advised to book a paid “Second Opinion” consultation for 580 euros before receiving any basic information about available treatment options or estimated costs. After repeated inquiries, it became clear that the clinic currently has no established experience with stem cell therapy for spinal conditions. The few stem cell treatments they offer are still in the clinical trial phase. In my view, it is morally questionable to pressure patients into paying significant consultation fees without first providing clear and transparent information about the availability or suitability of a treatment. I would have appreciated more openness and honesty from the start. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to patients seeking stem cell therapy for spinal issues. (Attached is an official screenshot from the clinic’s website showing the consultation fee.)

THIEVES CLINIC HAVE STOLEN € 300 WITHOUT VISITING ME AND THEY ASK ME 2400€ more for blod test(ths ,t4 and t3 and consultation) I booked a visit from another country you wasn’t able to make me the visit the day I booked. You ask me 1400€ for a blood test. Is ridiculous and you didn’t prepare costumers for the appointment you did your job in the worst way you can and as a good thief did you try to rob me 2400€ plus 300€ . Now the problem is that I spend with you 300€ and I think you need to give me back this money because you didn’t check me you didn t make any exam . I just pay 300€ Plus flight, miss job, hotel taxi for talk with some thief as you are. I was robbed and you tried to rob me again. I have mail and everything’s that confirm what I m saying. Thanks for the best experience in your country we never come back again!

My experience in this clinic was not the best. I came to this clinic from Italy, since I had read that an innovative surgical instrument it's used in the clinic for otorhinolaryngology. Before the visit (very expensive. 260 euros) the lady where I pay the ticket tells me that everything extra to the visit I will pay later. Of course, all over the world works so, I just ask to be warned before doing something that I should pay next as I'm a student and I need to ask the money to my parents. Ok, I go to do the visit and after a few questions the doctor decides to test me with a probe, I stop him and ask if I will have to pay this .. the nurse and the doctor tell me no. After that the doctor orders me to do a tac radiography and tells me he'll see me after lunch when I get the results of this last one. I go to ask for the quote and tell me that for tac radiography I will have to spend 385 euros more. Fortunately I had already made one in italy, so I call home and ask to send me the results by email. The doctor looks at me after lunch as I said before, so I go to ask for the bill. At the final payment, another € 66 will be added to the exam with the probes previously made (where doctor and nurse said me I don't need to pay later). Not satisfied with these 66 euros more to pay I go to the customer's attention where a lady receives me. Needless to explain to her what is happening, she does not seem to have the slightest idea of the job she does. I decide to pay the 66 euro more and go away. I do not recommend this clinic to anybody, especially if you live away, I'm sure you will find a better clinic in your city. As a foreigner I thought I'd be treated better.
