Just tried getting an appointment through their number. Went through IVR to appointments who picked up and hung up immediately without a word being spoken! Tried again, Customer Care Extn this time, no reply at all. Tried Lab Extn, no response. Tried radiology, no response. This is supposed to be one of the best in Whitefield.I don’t know what to say.Tried again twice. The appointments extension answered, forwarded my call to another number and then no one answered. The second time, someone picked up and hung up immediately again without a word spoken.

Worst hospital staff ...very unprofessional. The ER ward staff Baskar was pathetic and illiterate. No communication in between staffs. If u r looking for a EMergency admission dont admit ur patient. I have seen patients collapse waiting for a doctor to come in Emergency ward.

We started consulting Dr. Mayuri Parakh right from the beginning of our pregnancy, and she has been with us every step of the way, even after the delivery. We feel truly lucky to have found her. She is extremely kind, calm, and always ready to listen. No matter what doubts or worries we had, she was always available to guide us and explain everything clearly. Her reassuring nature made us feel so comfortable and safe during the entire journey. Towards the end of the pregnancy, we had some complications, but Dr. Parakh handled everything so smoothly and confidently. Thanks to her care, we were blessed with a healthy baby boy. We are genuinely thankful to her for all the support, care, and warmth she gave us. She made this journey so much easier and more joyful for us. We will always be grateful to her.
