I’m very satisfied with the services provided by the clinic! Everything was perfectly organized – from transportation and hotel accommodation to the treatment itself. "I am very disappointed and unhappy with my dentist's service. I chose to have an implant and unfortunately this has all been a bad experience.
I spent a lot of time and energy going to multiple visits, about 20-25 times, to place a single implant. However, my tooth has been removed 3 times. This has been a very difficult and painful experience for me.
After these problems, I contacted the dentist to request the return of the money paid, in order to carry out the treatment in London. However, they refused to accept their responsibility and return the money. It is not my fault for the negative communication and experience I have had during the three implant times.
Honestly, I was hoping to find a reliable and professional dentist, but this experience has left me very disappointed. I demand transparency and fairness in these cases and I don't think it's fair that they keep my money for a poor and problematic service.
Based on my unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this clinic and encourage you to seek other alternatives for dental treatment. It is important to choose a skilled and responsible professional who will take care of your oral health and respect communication with patients."

My wife recently had her implants placed under sedation, and she couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The entire team at the clinic was incredibly friendly and professional. As someone who tends to get nervous and anxious, she truly appreciated how the surgeon, dentist, and assistants took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, which helped ease her concerns. The first step is now complete, and she's in the recovery process. We highly recommend this clinic!

I was there two weeks ago and they have the worst stuff ever , all of them very are arrogant Especially Dr. Albana Super rebel person. They never take any consideration or opinion about your teeth. They want to pick or choose on their own, but not what you like only what they like. I was super excited To get my teeth done there, but they gave me the worst experience . Please - please do not hire students with NO experience!!! So sad to pay so much money .

Fantastic throughout!
I am a very nervous patient and can honestly say I definitely recommend Dental Med Austria.
From the first visit to the surgery with Dr Alesio for my implants and follow up the treatment (crowns) with Dr Blerina has been amazing!!
The whole team was very professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and efficiently.
Extremely delighted with the final outcome!
