My husband had an appointment with the vascular surgeon today at 1:15 p.m. The appointment lasted longer than 2:00 p.m. While I was waiting, I urgently needed to go to the toilet. Unfortunately, the caretaker had already locked the toilet at 2:00 p.m. Despite my indicating that I urgently needed to go to the toilet, the caretaker refused to open it again. I then contacted the practice team. They told me to try the second floor and pointed out that I might have luck if the cleaner was still there. But this toilet was also locked. I find it very disappointing that patients and their companions have no access to a toilet, even during long waits. It is regrettable and completely inappropriate for a medical center to treat private patients like this.

In October 2024, I requested an urgent appointment with a pulmonologist at the doc medical center. The terse email response was: "We won't have appointments until June 2025." This is outrageous. This amounts to a failure to provide assistance. Competent staff and doctors in medical practices offer at least one emergency hour.

A beautiful medical center in the heart of Dortmund's city center. The architecture and color scheme make this place appear very harmonious and inviting. You immediately feel at home. I don't want to go into detail about the individual doctors here, as I can't judge them. Because of the location directly next to the main train station, accessibility is absolutely world-class. This criterion is often underestimated; what good is the best doctor if he's in the middle of nowhere and I might not be able to get there due to a disability? It's also easily accessible by car, but I would like to see free parking for those with appointments.

Größer weißer Bau, schon von weiten Erkennbar.😄3 Eingänge, Info Stand (leider nicht telefonisch erreichbar), 😅in Inneren des Baues sind u.a. eine Apotheke, Sanitätsdienst, Wund,- u.Heilpraxis, Zugang zur Tiefgarage, 2 fahrtüchtig Aufzüge vorhanden genau so an den Fahrstühlen, dass Treppenhaus & eine Wendel Treppe. An der Seite vom Fahrstuhl die Beschriftungen mit Nummer der einzelnen Ärzte. Im Fahrstuhl selbst nochmal die Beschriftung der Ärzte mit Angabe der Etagen. Was mir aufgefallen ist,😃😄😃 egal wann man kommt, es ist immer sehr sauber dort. Sitz Möglichkeit auf jeder Etage vorhanden. Toilette auch sauber es liegt nichts rum (u. a. Papier, Taschentücher, auch keine Zigaretten Kippen).

FÄ Marina IvanovaFachärztin für Innere Medizin also mal ganz ehrlich eine Fachärztin die so inkompetent ist wie sie habe ich bis heute nicht kennen gelernt. Sehr Unfreundlich , hat keine Ahnung von ihrer Arbeit tut so als würde sie Ahnung haben hat sie aber nicht , bin wegen Bauchschmerzen bei ihr gewesen „ Druck und Zucken am Bauch , nachts tut es schon weh , sie meinte ohne es kontrolliert zu haben „ ach das ist kein Problem“Hat mir ein Ultra Schal versprochen dann muss ich Festellen das sie mir für Ultraschlall ein Termin gibt 1 Monat später und dann Blut Kontrolle danach denn Monat so ein Schwachsinn habe ich echt noch nie gehört sie will 3 mal kassieren von der Krankenkasse, so was ist einfach abzocke Frau Ivanova.Ich komme mit schmerzen und sie geben mir eine Tablette ob wohl sie sagen ich habe kein Problem . Einfach unverschämte Art und weiße , einfach abzocke . Nie wieder Ich empfehle wirklich keinen zu diesem Arzt zu gehen ich , aber wie gesagt habe oben alles detailliert beschrieben , ach ja warte zeit Minimum über eine Stunde , obwohl kein Schwein dort ist .
