I liked everything. I really want to thank the team who helped throughout the entire treatment. Narmina and Muhlise are excellent helpers. Always supported and motivated. I was greeted by a luxurious luxury transfer. The service at the clinic is excellent. Then the hotel is good. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Hakana Teymura. He is very attentive and professional in his field. His energy gave me no reason to worry at all. I just trusted and got a good result. I'll send you photos of my perfect belly soon. The operations take place in a government hospital. Nobody speaks English there. Communication is very difficult; if there are complications after surgery, then this is problematic. There is also very questionable medical training. Injections and tests are taken without gloves. They can't take an analysis. They pricked a vein, didn’t get it and left. We touched it with our own hands without gloves. They measure your blood pressure haphazardly or not at all, and then they write down what they made up and lie that they checked it all night. Immediately after the operation I had to call them and shout for them to come because the call button did not work. I had a lingering shock from all this. We had a girl translator with us who did not want to disconnect when I asked her. Although I speak English fluently and did not need her services. I didn’t want to undress in front of her and show my chest or belly. Therefore, the consultation was useless for me. As I became convinced later (when I had already undergone surgery), this company is very focused on earnings, and not on the client.

Операции проходят в государственном госпитале. Там никто не говорит на английском. Общение очень сложное, если есть осложнения после операции то это проблематично. Так же там очень сомнительная медицинская подготовка. Уколы и анализы берут без перчаток. Анализ взять не могут. Кололи вену, не попадали и уходили. Трогали своими руками без перчаток. Давление меряют как попало или не меряют вообще, а потом записывают придуманное и врут что проверяли всю ночь. Сразу после операции мне приходилось звать их и кричать чтоб подошли так как кнопка вызова не работала. У меня был затяжной шок от всего этого

The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊
Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.

I had my liposuction procedure and breast lifting done, and I am genuinely very happy with my decision. From the very beginning, communication with the team was professional, kind, and responsive. All my questions were answered in detail, and I felt well-informed and taken seriously.
On the day of the surgery, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. The medical staff was attentive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure clearly, including the realistic expectations and possible risks.
The surgery itself went without complications. The post-operative care – both in the clinic and during follow-ups – was excellent. I felt supported and looked after at every stage. Any pain or discomfort was addressed with sensitivity and care.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Med to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure and looking for honest, skilled, and compassionate care.
