I’ve been seeing Lee for Botox for over 10 years and wouldn’t go to anyone else. He always achieves such natural results, is professional, warm, and genuinely brilliant at what he does. The clinic itself is gorgeous, in a lovely relaxing location, and the whole experience is always very welcoming. Couldn’t recommend Lee highly enough!

Just wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding care I’ve received from Billie and Roxy. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience as physically comfortable as possible — which really matters, as some of the treatments can be quite challenging. Their attention to detail, reassurance, and professionalism make a big difference each time I visit. While I haven’t completed my treatment plan yet so can’t speak to the final results, I can confidently say the customer care has been exceptional throughout. Billie and Roxy are both incredibly supportive and clearly experienced, and the overall atmosphere at the clinic is welcoming and professional. I’m looking forward to seeing how things turn out, but in the meantime, I can’t praise the staff enough for how well they look after you.

Very friendly staff always helping me out and serving me as a customer, very hygienic and clean clinic as well as the machines being very nice and comfortable to use. Dr Nyla was especially kind and I had a consultation with her and she really helped me understand every aspect of treatments that I need and she was just so kind sweet and helpful. Roxanne has been my main therapist; she is exceptional. Very professional and competent Makes one feel very relaxed and comfortable during treatments. Highly recommend. Another treatment today with Billie .. had microneedling and skin tightening. She was very thorough and my skin feels taut as it should. Highly recommend Billie, very friendly and competent.
