The doctor didn’t listen to my request/wishes for surgery and still did his own thing. My result came out horribly. Except the breast lift part was done very well. And after all the pain it wasn’t worth going. The nurses stayed on their phones all day. At times I was left for hours without assistance. I had to google translate for them to put on gloves. Yet they still would not listen to me before they placed my IV or handled blood without gloves. If you don’t speak Turkish it’s not worth it!

Surgical Outcome: The doctor explained before the surgery that the amount of fat available was not sufficient to achieve your desired results, and pushing beyond safe limits could lead to complications. We prioritize your safety above all else, which is why the doctor made recommendations based on what was best for you. We are, however, pleased that you were satisfied with the breast lift results.
Nursing Care: We understand your concerns regarding communication with the nursing staff. While it’s true that not all nurses may be fluent in English, we make sure that a translator and your doctor are available to address your concerns. That being said, it is unacceptable if proper protocol, such as using gloves, was not followed, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure that such issues do not occur again.
Translation Support: Our translator was present before and after your surgery, and we are proud to offer this service to ensure that communication is clear. We even made ourselves available when you reached out late at night, because your comfort and understanding are important to us.
Lastly, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with 1 unit of blood free of charge during your treatment, as we are committed to ensuring your well-being.
