Nursing Care: We understand your concerns regarding communication with the nursing staff. While it’s true that not all nurses may be fluent in English, we make sure that a translator and your doctor are available to address your concerns. That being said, it is unacceptable if proper protocol, such as using gloves, was not followed, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure that such issues do not occur again. Translation Support: Our translator was present before and after your surgery, and we are proud to offer this service to ensure that communication is clear. We even made ourselves available when you reached out late at night, because your comfort and understanding are important to us. Lastly, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with 1 unit of blood free of charge during your treatment, as we are committed to ensuring your well-being.
