I recently had a hair implant procedure at EMP Clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation to the post-op care. The staff took the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel confident and at ease throughout the procedure. The clinic’s environment is clean, modern, and comfortable, which really helped calm any nerves I had.

A beautiful and modern clinic. The facilities they arrange are also of good quality. A special thank you to Anil Seval for his help and assistance on our 2 visits. He is always kind, helpful and friendly. Certainly an asset to the company. His involvement was one of the reasons we went with EMP over other clinics.

Had a Hair Transplant here last month.
As a minus I would say that the guest relation is pretty cold and can be improved a lot. Inside the clinic people are pretty cold and also after the OP when you have questions on mail or whatsapp they are answering after days and days. You are just another number to the list there. The doctors are speaking a really minimum of english required (don’t know about other languages).
On the plus side: The location is for sure 5 stars, very very clean, new equipments (everything sterilized in the OP room), the doctors and the assistants are very professional and calm, they give you the feeling that they know for sure what they do. They also kept they word with everything what they promised in the offer which i got before the OP.
The hotel which i got was really nice (with breakfast included), the transports which you get were also very good and with friendly drivers.
As a conclusion: it is a trustable clinic were i would for sure go the second time (if needed), with trustable doctors and assistants aswell, but also with some things were they could improve to become better 😁.

I made extensive research on many companies about hair transplantation. However, Emphair gave me a lot of confidence from the very first moment. My representative, Ms. Hatice showed great interest in me both before and after the operation, she explained every stage. Mr. Goktug and Mr. Ugur carried out the operation in a very friendly environment and with great professionalism. Mr. Goktug took away all my stress with his friendly demeanour during the operation. I'd also like to thank Mr. Hakan and Ms. Eda for their support. Everyone I met at the company was extremely respectful and friendly. I`d like to thank all.
