Doctors are very competent and professional, but waiting times are atrocious. For an appointment scheduled at 9:30, it took more than 2 hours of waiting for the actual appointment to occur.
Recommended, but bring a laptop/table to pass time/work while in waiting room
Please find a way to fix the waiting time, either with a display or some numbering system. This time after 2.5 hours of waiting, I had to go home as I had other responsibilities to do.

I was a very satisfied patient of Prof. Dr. almost 20 years ago. Heather. And I have to say, even now, in a more complicated case, the care is incredibly good.
Super competent, professional and simply 100% recommended. There is absolutely nothing to worry about, from making appointments, preliminary examinations, advice, ... right through to aftercare. The patient is always taken into account, a lot of time is taken and the best solution is found.

I was operated on by Prof. Dr. Haritoglu for epiretinal gliosis and the beginning of cataracts.
A retinal peel was performed, and a new lens was inserted (if I understood that correctly as a layperson).
I was in the clinic for two days, and although the treatment isn't yet complete, I feel well cared for and treated. No pain, and after five days, I can already see more clearly and better than before.
My fear of the surgery was completely dispelled beforehand. The doctors and staff were very competent, friendly, and well-coordinated.
Overall, my stay was flawless. Other patients share my positive attitude.
