I attended the LifeSavers Heart Health & First Aid Training Drive by Lokmanya Society & Fortis on the occasion of World Heart Day🫀. The session by Dr. Manjeet Singh Arora was highly practical and engaging. We even practiced CPR on a Manikin and learned how to handle emergencies like unconsciousness, fractures, cardiac arrest, heart attack, burns, and basic home care. It was an eye-opening and empowering experience that showed me first aid is not just medical knowledge but a responsibility we all should share. Truly grateful to Dr. Manjeet Sir and the organizers for this impactful initiative. 🙏
