Dr. Neeraj is not only an expert in his field but also a calm and patient listener who takes the time to explain everything in detail. I was admitted for almost 9 days in the hospital and case of emergency. From doctors to nurses to dietician everyone was super caring. I went to for an admission on this hospital and everything was discussed and agreed. I was assigned room 121. It was around 4 30 pm and I was already dehydrated and feeling cold cause I was suffering from dengue fever. The staff at the reception told me to wait for 15 minutes for my room to ready. I waited for 2 hours not 15 minutes and that too I did not get the room....the staff just keeps extending 15 mins each time I asked for an update...later around 6 30 pm after waiting for 2 whole hours they said... I have to wait for another houror check for other hospitals....I was so frustrated that I also raised a complaint to fortis....the staff's unprofessionalism and ignorance was shocking to see. Never go to this fortis...there are a lot of different options like Max or Apollo
