Terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs
I was charged £175 for a crown and root canal, which is a shockingly overpriced for Turkey and should have been a red flag. The real nightmare began when I tried to arrange the appointment for my crown placement. I informed the clinic that I was leaving in two days and would wait for their call once the crown was ready — yet they claimed I failed to get in touch. Complete miscommunication and zero accountability.
To make matters worse, my mother was also a patient here. They seriously messed up her teeth, and when she left a 1-star review to warn others, the clinic threatened her with arrest at the border unless she deleted it. Unsurprisingly, she didn’t get arrested — just goes to show the kind of intimidation tactics they use instead of owning their mistakes.
This place is run by absolute maniacs. BEWARE. Spend the extra money elsewhere and spare yourself the stress, risk, and possible damage to your health. A cheaper price means nothing if you get scammed or treated this poorly.
