This was my first-ever hospital admission and my very first surgery, and I must say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I was admitted, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. On the first day, the nurse inserted an IV line in my right hand, and the same vein was used throughout my stay for blood samples, injections, and IV fluids — no unnecessary pricks or discomfort at all.
The operation theatre was impressive. It was well-equipped, and both the doctors and staff were clearly skilled and confident in their work. Honestly, it felt like I was in a world-class international hospital.
I received excellent care in the ICU. Although they didn’t allow my mother to visit me there, the nursing team took good care of everything. There was some background noise and staff casually talking on the phone, which some patients might find disturbing, but I personally didn’t mind it — it actually kept me entertained, almost like watching a web series.
Once I was shifted to my room, everything continued to be well-organized. The AC worked perfectly, the doctors and nurses were attentive, and everyone ensured I was comfortable. The food was surprisingly good — they even gave me options to choose from.
However, the one area that really needs improvement is cleanliness. The cleaning staff seemed to work just to tick boxes rather than genuinely clean. The bathroom had a sitting stand with visible fungus, which I reported to the supervisor — he assured me it would be cleaned, but nobody ever came. My mother had to repeatedly point out unclean spots around the room, and even then, it took them over half an hour to respond.
Also, the shower water was either boiling hot or freezing cold — there was no proper option for warm water, so I had to mix hot and cold water manually in a bucket.
Other than that, everything else — from the medical care to the food, comfort, and professionalism — was excellent. I truly felt cared for like family.
If the hospital can improve its housekeeping and bathroom maintenance, it would easily deserve a perfect score. For now, I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5, deducting 0.5 points only for cleanliness.
I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality care.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever.
I am writing this review with a heavy heart and deep disappointment. My grandfather was admitted to HCG Manavata Cancer Hospital Unit 2, and what we experienced was nothing short of a nightmare. The doctors, and manavata staff seemed careless. Despite they told us repeatedly that my grandfather’s condition was “fine,” he died of a heart attack in the hospital. Shockingly, no cardiologist was available at the time of the emergency. Worse, there were no doctors around when his condition became critical. The hospital failed to inform us in time or allow us to be with him during his final moments. Instead, we got a midnight call at 12 AM saying condition is critical — with no prior warning, no update, and no transparency. They also restricted family visits, making it even harder to support or check on him ourselves. The entire experience was traumatic, and I genuinely feel the hospital's negligence and lack of communication contributed to his death.I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Please think twice before trusting your loved ones with them.

HCG Manavata Cancer Centre..🏥🏥Very Beautiful and huge interior and exterior space 🏵️💮. In this hospital there is double basement parking 🚗🏍️.
This hospital is special for cancer patients ♋🎗️.
I went here for the (MRI of Spine, whole spine screening scan) of my brother 〽️📃.
I was really shocked 😳, Being a private hospital, the cost of scanning here is very reasonable 💲🔽. And the print quality is also very good ✅✅.
I felt very good after seeing this 😊.
Just we had to wait for a very long time⏳🕐. It would probably take around 5 hours for the all process ⌛🕟. And after half an hour of scan, the report was also received 📃📃.
Thanks To HCG Manavata Team ♥️♥️..
Thanks for reading my review completely ☺️🙏🏻🙏🏻..

It's worst hospital. My papa diagnosed with prostate cancer and kidney failure. Dr Raj Nagarkar suggested us robotic surgery to remove prostate and also suggested to remove kidney since it was non function. My Papa was heart patient. Last year he had angioplasty. We asked Dr will surgery good for him or we should go for any other alternative treatment. But he suggested for robotic surgery.
They took my Papa for operation at 8am so we thought operation must have started. At 10.30 they called us and asked to deposit 2.5Lac immediately and then only they will start operation. My insurance claimed was approved for 4.90L and operation estimate was for 5.80L. Still they wanted money. I asked them you should have tell us earlier, we would have been paid it yesterday itself so that Papa didn't have to wait for 3 long hours in the operation theater. They started surgery post 11am. At 6.20pm they call us and said your Papa is ok and surgery will take another 2 hrs. Around 6.45 they again called us and said there are complications, Papa's heart is not responding, we were shocked because few min back everything was so normal. What happened to my Papa? Why did it takes 6 to 7 hours for surgery? After 6 to7 hours Dr Nagarkar told us that we have removed kidney, prostate is still pending. Then what they have done with my Papa for 6 to 7 hours? Is it murder?
Inspite of my Papa's death they charged us 6.06L we have paid it through insurance and Cash.
