People come to HE Clinic for many, often sensitive reasons of their own. The reason why you come doesn't matter, what matters is that when you come here, you feel welcomed and listened to! The first time I came here the welcoming part instantly gave me a good feeling. I got a small introduction, then was seated in a nice waiting room with a drink, before visiting doctor Chai. When you feel comfortable it makes it easier to talk and with doctor Chai that was certainly the case. After discussing my case a couple solutions were offered with a clear price structure and how everything would come to work. No hidden fees or other nonsense, just clarity and to the point. Toby and his team, doctor Chai and the nurses, thank you all for making things easy. 🙏 For foreigners this is absolutely the place to go. The level of English is top notch and the people are kind and skilled! Best advice for coming here is either BTS (150m) or bike. Very clean and nice looking facility 👍

At first I was put off that it is in a shopping mall. But quickly as I entered the actual Clinic I was pleased with the staff and the clinic itself. The doctor was clear in answering questions before after and during the procedure. After completing the procedure the clinic has answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a vasectomy. I suggest going to HE Clinic.

I had seen many ads for this place around town. I happened to be in the neighborhood and by chance stumbled upon it. Curious I popped in for a look and was able to have a chat with the manager who is from California. Nice guy. He explained it was a mens wellness clinic set up for mens needs with out the worries of specialist who are more suited to womens. At 58 I told him I made it this far with out any plastic surgery and don't know if I will really go down that path. He told me that isn't their only specialty. Diet, mens health and solutions for any stage in ones life with emphasis that it was a men's clinic with focus towards men. Not sure if I will ever use it but nice to know its there. Rating based on convenience to Thonglor BTS, friendliness, cleanliness of the place and the fact that I virtually got a free consultation.
