Dr. Yusuf Bayram the orthopaedic with another confidence in his profession. Even after a year of GP visits, he only made a physical examination on my knees, asked for an x-ray and was instantly knowledgeable of my problem and how to address it. I am too grateful! Even with pain, I am positive that it won't bother me soon. Xx
Translators Mia and Zeynep, made it feel like a walk in the park! They explained everything so easily and made my medical documents translated in English so quickly.

It is alot of money to get treated here, but it is also worth the amount if you have to get well.
Look no further, if you need an ENT, orthopaedic or Neurosurgeon, the hospital with a very good PR too.

Great hospital, clean, modern, organized. Coming from the United States, I’ve never been to a hospital this nice. They assigned me a translator with my consultation and the tests were seamless.
That said, I’m extremely disappointed at the doctor. I went to see an endocrinologist and paid a LOT of money for the tests he recommended only to not get answers and to not get any indication as to what I’m symptoms were coming from. He couldn’t give me detailed answers explaining my tests results and only prescribed me medication that he said I was gonna have to take for the rest of my life. I went here hoping to get answers and for someone to explain the results which he couldn’t do. I went to get advise on how to handle and what I need to change lifestyle wise, and he couldn’t give me any. I could’ve done all these tests in the US and gotten the same answers. I felt I got ripped off. Good facility, horrible doctors.

In June 2025, I had a double surgery at Hisar Hospital, performed by Dr. Hasan Şahin. I’m truly grateful for choosing him as my surgeon — he is a caring, attentive, and highly skilled professional. I felt completely safe and supported throughout the process and am very pleased with the result.
Before traveling, I was in contact with Rena, a wonderful consultant who gave me all the detailed information I needed. Thanks to her clarity, warmth, and professionalism, I made the decision to choose this hospital — and I’m so glad I did. My entire journey to Türkiye happened because of her support.
The hospital staff were exceptional. My stay was very comfortable, everything was well-organized and thoughtful down to the smallest detail. After surgery, the post-op care was outstanding. I especially want to thank the amazing nurses Rabia and Zehra, who stayed with me through the night, fed me with a spoon, and responded immediately to every need. Their compassion and dedication truly touched me.
A heartfelt thank you — what you do is priceless and deserves the highest respect.
During my stay, we were also accompanied by a kind and helpful translator, Dildara, who supported us every step of the way — thank you!

This review is for the Hyberbaric Chamber sessions at Hisar Hospital and my experience dealing with coordinator Lokman El-Ahmed.
As a US Citizen in Turkey, I wanted to get Hyperbaric Chamber sessions and was having issues getting hospitals and providers to call me back until I found HIsar Hospital, and started dealing with Lokman El-Ahmed.
Lokman El-Ahmed was extremely responsive, was kind and was able to answer all of the questions I had quickly and in English, which I appreciated. Dealing with him really put me at ease, as someone coming abroad and not knowing how to speak Turkish.
He even helped me schedule my sessions, and during one day when I was having an issue communicating when I arrived to the Hisar for a session one day, he physically came to my location in the hospital and assisted me. I ended up purchasing more sessions than I had planned to do because of him.
I have travelled to Turkey many times now and dealt with many people in his line of work, and I have to say that this is probably the best customer service I have had. He really went the extra mile and set the bar very high.
As for the Hyperbaric Chamber sessions at Hisar, they are the best I have done. I have done sessions in other countries, but I found the sessions at Hisar to be more potent, helped me feel rejuvenated after each session, and served the purpose in helping expedite my healing.
Finally, their prices were more than fair compared to what they cost in the US, and in other countries the sessions and benefits of were well worth it!
The women at the tourist center within the hospital were very kind and attentive as well. The areas within the hospital that I saw were clean, and the staff overall were all very nice as well.
When I go back to Istanbul, I will continue to purchase more sessions at Hisar. Even if you are not doing sessions to assist in healing from surgery, the sessions made my skin glow, gave me energy to the point I did not need coffee and are something I wish I could do all of the time in the US.

I had a great experience at the clinic. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was well-organized, and I felt like I was in good hands from the very beginning.
A special mention to Mehri, the translator, who went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I understood every detail clearly. She truly does a lot for patients, and I believe she deserves a salary increase for her hard work and dedication.
Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent medical care and outstanding service. Thank you for everything!
