My only issue was the availability of staff after my surgery. I was placed in a room and was only checked on once during my 3 hours recovery. I had to call a nurse to ask if I could discharged.I was fortunate that my husband was with me.

I was well looked after from the moment I arrived at the clinic, to the time I left late on the Tuesday, after my stiches were removed.
The nurses & staff were lovely, & made my surgical journey as smooth and stress free as is possible. The doctor is skilled & caring, so also highly recommended. One thing I should also mention is the skill of the nurse administering the anesthetic, as I barely felt any pain. So a special thank you to that lady, who was also attentive throughout the process.

I am more than satisfied for the price and can highly recommend the clinic
The staff are very friendly and make you feel really comfortable.
It is sometimes a bit difficult to communicate in the clinic as not every member of staff speaks English well, but it's not a big problem.
I was very nervous before my tummy tuck but the nurse was really responsive to me.
Contact is always via WhatsApp, which is very convenient.
I am driven to the clinic every 2 days and the clinic covers the travel costs.
Everything is also included.
I am more than satisfied for the price and can highly recommend the clinic.

The surgery is performed at the clinic not at a hospital which concerned me (were they prepared if something went wrong), the rooms opened up to the front desk where people would come for appointments and the toilet was across reception. I felt I didn't have much privacy and was very exposed. Nurses would not always come especially at night when I needed assistance to the toilet. I would be waiting at my hotel for a car and they would have forgotten to send one so the organisation level was not very good. It wasn't a very friendly/caring environment i felt. The communication was very poor too, there was one lady there that spoke English and she never smiled it just didnt feel good. I spoke to the doctor very briefly on surgery day and then he never spoke to me again. I wouldnt go back, ive had surgery in Thailand before and had a far better experience.
The nurses who cleaned my bandages and helped with my compression garments were lovely.
Room quality, upfront about procedures being done in a small operating room at a small clinic not hospital (was about 10 steps from reception), assistance and attentiveness (I didnt get fed after surgery i had to ask for food and they gave me boiled rice, then they also forgot about my breakfast), needs massive improvement in communication and organisation. More support and care. Doctor follow up post surgery should be done.

My experience with Bookimed prior to surgery was okay but I was really disappointed with the clinic having had it recommended by Bookimed. There should have been alot I should have been told about prior regarding the clinic and I voiced what was happening but I dont think much will be done about it but I just hope noone else has a similar experience as mine. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️
Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏
