Te experience was something else. At the clinic everyone was amazing but there were also some problems. Bookimed and the clinic did not communicate that efficiently.. there were some problems and the result was me having to reschedule the operation which was nerve wracking because I had everything already booked. Other than that the experience at the clinic was good, everyone is kind and ready to help with everything you need.
Energy of dr. Ilker, the kindness of the staff and Ege who was always ready to answer every question I had

My experience with bookimed was something else..
For the bright side the staff i was talking to was quite nice and responsive.
But there were also some not so good things that happend. They had problems forwarding my phone number to the clinic and because of that I came in contact with the clinic only a week before my departure. More problems accrued with the date agreed with bookimed which apparently did not please to the clinic but because of the number problem they could not contact me regarding the reschedule.
