Llamé en Diciembre de 2019 4 veces, sí 4 veces para pedir información y cita para realizarme una eco doppler y me dijeron sí sí no se preocupen en unos días le llamarán y le informarán para concertar una cita, pues bien, aún así volví a llamar por quinta vez el día 24 de Enero del 2020 y me dijeron lo mismo, tranquilo no se preocupe, es muy raro que no le hayan llamado, en un par de días dejo nota y le llaman, pues ha pasado una semana y todavía sigo esperando. Me parece una vergüenza la manera y la poca seriedad que ofrece este hospital en este servicio. Es lamentable, y más habiendo llamado cuando vamos a realizarnos la prueba un club con mínimo 10 personas. Una vergüenza, muy poca profesionalidad.

Horrific experience, my mother had a left shoulder replacement on 20th June, came up from surgery with a cut on the opposite side on her neck, and bruised right arm, the report had nothing about her having a general and we were literally kicked out on Saturday morning less than 24 hours after surgery by a nurse, never saw a doctor! Couldn’t get pain medication from the pharmacy as we had no official discharge paperwork! Have complained via QR code and Customer Care and have had no reply 2 weeks later. We are looking into legal action!

Siempre cuando iba a éste hospital me atendieron con amabilidad y respeto,resolvían mis problemas.Hasta cuando me encontré con la doctora Ximena Calderón Castrar.Muy mala como doctora y como persona.No te quiere ayudar ni implicarse en tus problemas.Te mira con la cara como si ella fuera una reina y tú eres nada.Mal,muy mal.No entiendo cómo una persona así puede trabajar en un hospital tan bueno!

Me gusta mucho este hospital, y todos los medicos que me han atendido hasta ahira. Lo unico que no entiendo es que como para pedir cita para medicina general me den como minimo para tres semanas, ni en la seguridad social hay tanta espera. Espero que solucionen ese problema, asi dare 5 estrellas

Buenas tardes, clientes de este hospital privado. Creía que debido a esta calificación, los servicios que ofrecía presentarían cierta calidad y o singularidades respecto a otros centros sanitarios, sin embargo he tenido un altercado que da un giro de 180 grados a esta percepción. Padezco un tipo de alergia la cual se trata mediante vacunación por la cual debo asistir al menos 1 vez al mes al centro hospitalario, el cual se ecuentra a una considerable distancia, implicando un periodo largo de tiempo dicho día que sustituye cualquier actividad que tenga, concretamente una sesión de academia sujeta a pago mensual. Tras pedir cita esta mañana y ser aceptada, he acudido esta tarde a la hora fijada. La sorpresa ha sido que después de presentarme allí, y preguntar por mi consulta, de una manera desagradable me han comunicado que ese servicio no estaba disponible con mi tipo de seguro y que no se me aplicarían dichos tratos acordados. Después del tiempo invertido y de haber sido en vano, he llegado a mi casa a las 19:00 horas. A objetar, debo decir que cogí el autobús que se dirigía a dicho destino a las 17:00 y que he perdido 2 horas sin propósito alguno, es más, una sesión de academia la cual es semanal e irrecuperable.Gracias por su atención.Un cordial saludo.

Ya es la tercera vez que un pediatra de este hospital mete la mano en la boca de mi bebé sin guantes y sin lavarse las manos.A parte de eso me han pasado mas cosas, por lo que creo que deberian reforzar los protocolos de higiene, sobre todo estando con la alerta por pandemia en la que acabamos de entrar.
