I went here last week, had a wonderful experience everyone is super nice and speaks english. The doctor is very knowledgeable and does everything they can to help your situation. The facilities are extremely clean and comfortable. Every nurse I had an interaction with helped me feel comfortable and at home. I had IV, Facial, and Intrathecal. Was worried about potential side effects but suffered no negative effects. I have 0 complaints or regrets, I hope to return someday. Truly a world class experience, highly recommended.

I came to Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine April 24/25 for stem cell injections in both knee's. the experience was professional and positive, from the first contact to the completion everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful. Cesar Romero my Patient Coordinator was there for me every step of the way, answering questions and arranging contact with the Dr. All of the nurses and staff at the clinic were professional and helpful. The Dr. explained all the procedures before and answered all of my questions. Dr. Luis Francisco Padilla also explained the entire procedure and what to do after treatment, he did a fantastic job. Thank You, I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Stay Away — This Clinic Made My Injury Worse I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I came to this clinic seeking help for my left knee. Not only did they fail to improve anything — they made my condition worse. Instead of delivering competent care, they marked up and injected my knee in a way that led to increased inflammation, numbness, and ongoing complications I’m still dealing with. It’s clear they either didn’t understand the underlying issue or didn’t care enough to get it right. What’s worse is the lack of follow-up or accountability. I voiced my concerns and got nothing but vague reassurances. No concrete plan, no responsibility taken for the damage they caused. I’ve since seen more qualified providers who were shocked by how poorly things were handled here. This clinic did more harm than good. If you’re dealing with a joint issue or any injury, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don’t risk your health at a place that doesn’t take your pain seriously and clearly lacks the skill to help.

From the very first contact, his warmth and efficiency set the tone. He guided me through every detail, stayed in constant contact, and helped far beyond expectation. His presence made a lasting difference. We became true friends through the process, and I will always be grateful for his support. Lorena Shira, the clinic director, personally explained their lab protocols, ethics, and research collaboration. I was impressed by the transparency and integrity throughout. Their mesenchymal stem cells are ethically sourced and never frozen, produced in-house at their Puerto Vallarta lab under strict protocols. They operate independently and collaborate with UNAM in a national regenerative medicine initiative. I am now continuing my protocol at home with their support and follow-up. I am very afraid of needles to a point that I pass out when someone takes my blood so naturally I was really afraid of the procedure. From the beginning of my healing journey I felt I was in the very best hands. Mariana was always by my side and explained everything to me before and after the treatment. The nurse who took my blood laid me flat in a comfortable chair and I did not even feel anything while she took my blood. The same with the procedure itself I did not feel a thing and it was over before I knew it. Thanks to the whole team and especially Mariana for this amazing journey.
