The time I spent in Inharmony was an incredible experience. The center is set in a beautiful area that adds to the calming atmosphere. The staff is highly professional, providing exceptional support that truly helped me connect with myself on a deeper level. I left feeling much more balanced than when I arrived, and I am grateful for the knowledge and insights I gained during my time there.The daily meditation practice and the yoga classes are incredibli helpful during the process, everyone is very welcomeing and supportive. I highly recommend Inharmony Retreat center to anyone seeking professional help, personal growth or wellness.

I would like to share my experience at Inharmoni Rehab in Marbella. First of all I did not have any prior knowledge about rehab treatment so I was a little skeptical before arriving. But to my delight I was actually turned around quite fast. The treatment program is comprehensive and holistical. After 2,5 weeks I had noticed many really important changes : 1. Hope returned 2. I found tools to manage my problems 3. Physical changees like improved sleep and improved strength and stamina. 4. New friendships had arrived in my life not only with other participants but also with the staff. The staff is really friendly and understanding. They are all very experienced and understanding of your situation. 5. Not only that , the owner Besha actually takes the time to get to know all the participants and gives many important insights into how you can improve the situation even more. The staff also usually takes the time to show the participants around on inspiring tours. Some other positive experiences was of course the beautiful premises and the lovely food. In summary this was an life altering experience that will lead to long term changes. Most importantly I´m on the right path again.

This oustanding luxurious rehab is a very extraordinary place. I have been in other rehabs in Marbella but the treatment and programme here are very special/ unique. The entire team from the medical staff, therapist, yoga instructor, personal trainer, chef and holistic therapist all have had a huge impact on my life whilst continuously making me feel safe and treating my individual needs. As part of the healing journey when you are feeling comfortable enough they take you out on excursions which are truly amazing.
