최악입니다. 의료 진료 수준은 모르겠으나 환자들 애타게 기다리게 하는데는 최고입니다. 메디컬 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 개선이 필요합니다. 검사에 따른 피드백도 없거나 느리고. 뇌경색 의증인 장모님 모시고 갔다가 최악의 의료 서비스를 경험하였습니다. 의료비에 따른 적정 의료 서비스를 받았다고 생각하지 않습니다.

I stayed at this hospital for a few days because of my ill grandmother. They’ll only let one visitor in at a time with a negative covid test result that was taken within the past 24 hours. Overall, the hospital service itself is ok- slow communication, but it gets done. Nursing and rehab staff are super friendly, others not so much, especially the x ray techs and the receptionists. X ray tech expected me to transfer the pt myself, and when I asked for help, I was met with an attitude. This happened to me multiple times during the stay. Elevators are such a pain. There are 4 tiny little elevators for all floors including the parking garage which are always packed with people. They are so short of transporters that they’ll ask family members to use the jam packed elevator to take the patient to the other departments via wheelchair. This hospital is not the worst, but has plenty of room to improve.
