I started talking with Cihan in April 2025. Right from the beginning, he was clear, helpful, and patient. He provided all the documents I needed for my visa and answered all my questions before I booked anything. Once I arrived in Istanbul, everything was organized: airport pickup, hotel accommodations, and hospital visits. I stayed overnight at the spotless Cerrahi Hospital. The surgeon was professional, the nurse was kind, and translators were available as needed. Now, two weeks post-op, I’m feeling good and still supported. Cihan continues to check in on me and answer my questions promptly. I would also like to thank Bachir and Eve from the team, they were amazing throughout the whole experience. Overall, it was a solid experience with transparent communication and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend this place.

I had a 360 liposuction and a breast lift (with small implants), and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the results. From start to finish, the care and professionalism I received were truly exceptional. Cihan was my coordinator and did an amazing job with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups. He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and well-organized. Dr. Ackay performed my surgery, and I can’t say enough about his skill and expertise. He is not only highly knowledgeable and talented but also has an excellent bedside manner. I felt completely comfortable in his care and confident in his recommendations. I had asked for subtle, meaningful enhancements—a breast lift with small implants—and the outcome exceeded my expectations. My Husband did hair transplant in April 2025, and our first comment is that sanitary conditions are not what you would normally expect from surgical clinic. Doctor came to the hotel and tried to treat something that he thought was problematic with the surgery in a barber shop in the basement of the hotel, with the unsanitized twezers. Finally my Husband was sent back home with an opened wound and without antibiotics which ended up with severe infection. Communication only occured when my Husband reached out to them and there was an attitude of „everything’s fine” even though we ended up looking for emergency care based on this severe infection. The clinic should definitely work on solutions for more sanitarny conditions and proper „after treatment” care for patient so that the patient doesn’t feel like he paid, procedure was done and it doesn’t really matter what happens next. We are giving the clinic 2 stars only because the hair started growing and we hope we will get what we paid for.
