Visited Jaypee hospital, now taken over by MAX healthcare, for general full body checkup and had one of the worst experience. There is no order or process followed for tests or consultation. The staff at counter randomly calling people for tests with no regards to people waiting for hours for their turn. I am not coming back here anytime soon.

Patient was well taken care of by doctors, nurses and physio teams. Dr Rajesh Kapoor and his team - Dr Mayank, Dr Khurshid and Pooja were very kind and supportive. Facilities at the hospital are the best in class. Administrative issues are sure to be smoother when the handover from jaypee to max will be complete.
