Ich war von September bis Dezember 2019 in der Klinik. Fachlich ist der OP hervorragend. Organisatorisch geht es da komplett in die andere Richtung. Die "alten Beschäftigten versuchen liebevoll die Krankenpflege auf ein Normales Nivau zu halten, jedoch die neuen Mitarbeiterinnen im Pflegedienst haben mirr die Zeit zu der schlimmsten meines Lebens, welches durch Ignoranz, Arroganz, Unverschämtes Verhalten und Frechheit gekennzeichnet - Ich kann niemals diese Klinik als Patient empfehlen, ausser sie können die Klinik schnell verlassen! Und keinen, hat es interessiert dort vom Qualitätsmanagement - Keine Arztgespräch bei entlassung, Keine Medikamente Freitags bei der Entlassung - Medikamente verweigert die eine Medizinische Idndikatuion hatten, ein griechischer Notarzt der in der KLink für eine aggressive art bekannt ist - Unglaublich was dort auch bei anderen Partienten passiert! Ich warne vor dieser Klinik!!!!!

I find no words to describe the level of professionalism, kindness and attention that the Doctors and nurses have provided. May God bless and reward you all for everything that you've done for my mother. My mother was transferred from another hospital to Kerkhoff-Klinik on the last week of August 2024 in an extremely serious condition after being hospitalized for a week, her condition was changed from no hope to being very good and ready to go home. I cannot find words to express thankfulness and appreciation on behalf of our family to all staff of the Kerckhoff-Klinik for saving our mother's life, we will never forget everything you've done for our family. Ghafari and Anwarzada families

Ich würde gerne volle Sterne geben, jedoch gab es in zwei Aufenthalten Vorfälle die ich so nicht hin nehmen kann. Bei meiner Notfall Aufnahme im Mai 2019 wollte man mir unter zwang einen Urin Katheder legen, nur weil ich nach Ansicht der Pflegekräfte denen zu wenig Wasser lasse. Erst ein sehr unmissverständliches Nein und einer Strafandrohung wegen vorsätzlicher Körperverletzung, liesen die Pfleger davon ab. Klinische Behandlung und Ärzte waren soweit in Ordnung. Erster Aufenthalt war auf der CPU und anschließend auf der H1 in der Harvey Klinik. Auch die Ambulante Versorgung ist soweit in Ordnung, es entstehen kaum Wartezeiten. Die zweite stationäre Behandlung im August 2019 war ich auf Station 3 untergebracht. Obwohl alle OP Vorbereitungen getroffen waren, und entsprechende Stellen vor der Operation rasiert waren, war man damit in keinster Weise zufrieden vor allem da man sich selbst rasiert hat. Die diensthabende Oberschwester der Schicht gab sich damit garnicht zufrieden und war der Meinung sie müsse es selbst machen. Auch hier wollte man ein einfaches NEIN nicht akzeptieren. Als man trotz meines Einspruchs den Rasierer an mir absetzte und ich auch hier unter Strafandrohung erst Gehör fand, gab man das Vorhaben auf. Ich meldete den Vorfall dem Stationsarzt um weitere Konsequenzen zu veranlassen. OP und Nachsorge waren zufriedenstellend. Fachlich ist es eine sehr gute Klinik, unter dem Pflegepersonal gibt es leider Angestellte die meinen sie könnten Halbgott in weiss Spielen. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug dafür.
